Flight Master's License (formerly known as Azerothian Navigation) allows players with flying mounts to use them in Kalimdor, the Eastern Kingdoms and Deepholm. It is available at level 60 (the same as the Expert Riding skill) and costs a base of 250g. Alliance players can train this from Bralla Cloudwing in Stormwind. Horde players can train this from Maztha in Orgrimmar. You can also train it from any of the other Flying Trainers in Outland or Northrend.

While a player may train for flight at level 60 and even purchase a flying mount, players who have not purchased the Cataclysm expansion will not be able to mount in the old world.
