Galley Chief Steelbelly is a member of The Maiden's Fancy, the boat that runs between the ports of Ratchet and Booty Bay. He's also the ship's cook, and will gladly give you something to eat and drink... for a price. Oddly enough, he's the only chief to be a higher level than his captain, as to why, it's unclear.
