Gazban is a level 36 Goblin wizard located in Stranglethorn Vale. He currently has The Stone of The Tides which he uses to manipulate Water Elementals on his island. Gazban can be summoned at the Altar of the Tides using Catelyn's Blade and can be found wandering Haunted Isle with the Elementals there.
When attacked, he turns into a Water Elemental with 1,375 hit points.
"The water elementals were no doubt summoned by Gazban, the goblin wizard rumored to have discovered the Stone of the Tides. As you may know, the Stone of the Tides curses its bearer, causing him to fade in and out of existence..." [1]
