Glory of the Hero is a meta-achievement awarded on the completion a set of heroic dungeon achievements in Northrend instances. There are at least two achievements for every Northrend 5-man instance. Trial of the Champion and the Icecrown Citadel instances have similar achievements, but do not count towards Glory of the Hero.

Completing Glory of the Hero will reward you the [Reins of the Red Proto-Drake].

Patch changes

• Patch 3.3.0 (08-Dec-2009): The achievement  [The Party's Over] has been removed from the game and is no longer part of the  Glory of the Hero meta-achievement.
