Malfunction Effects: Low chance
- Roots user for 30 seconds.
- Roots target for 10 seconds, knocks forward the user within melee range of the target and also becomes rooted for 20 seconds.

The crafty gnomes, never satisfied with artificial limits like these, found artificial ways around them with this useful device.
