Gong of Bethekk is located in the Temple of Bethekk of Zul'Gurub and used to summon High Priestess Arlokk.

Hitting the gong will close off the room with a magical barrier preventing escape, as well as blocking others from entering and using causing a wipe. This gong was a source of much fun, pre-TBC.
