Clever tauren craftsmanship makes this suit of stone half plate light and flexible enough for a strong warrior to wear. Thin stone plates overlap over a leather suit, providing protection without hampering movement. The wealthy sometimes embellish suits of granite plate with rough gems embedded in the stone plates.
While tauren originally designed granite plate, its use spreads to other races as well.[1]
