Grank the Rat from Warcraft III
Grank the Rat was an in-game secret on the Warcraft III Frozen Throne Campaign map number 4. He was on the top where Maiev had to blink past a Naga base. He was in a garden behind their base. By repeatedly clicking on him or shooting with a Glaive Thrower, he died. He revealed a Talisman of Evasion.
