Grave Robbers can be found amonst the graves at Raven Hill Cemetery in Duskwood.

Spectaculation[]
It is unknown who they're working for. Since the skeletons don't attack them, it is believed that they are servants of Morbent Fel. It is also believed they are former companions of Dextren Ward, who dug up corpses for Morbent.
ANOTHER spectaculation is that they are Defias, since they sometimes drop Red Defias Masks.
