Greatmother Geyah was the mate of Garad and is the mother to Durotan, Ga'nar and Fenris Wolfbrother.
Lords of War[]
Long before the forming of the Iron Horde, Geyah would hunt Clefthoofs together with other members of the Frostwolf clan. One day while hunting with her sons Durotan and Ga'nar, she was bitten by a Drift lurker and she fell into a coma. Ga'nar wanted to leave her because he thought that she is just going to slow them down. Durotan refused to do so. He and Geyah's companion Stormfang watched over her. In the night, a pack f Garn attacked them, while trying to defend his mother, Durotan entered the bloodlust. In that moment Geyah awoke and said that she would rather die than to know that her son had become a beast.[1]
