Hall of Blackhand

The Hall of Blackhand is the outermost area of Blackrock Spire, and holds both the locked access door to Upper Blackrock Spire on the north wall, as well as the open entrances to Lower Blackrock Spire on the south wall.

The Hall of Blackhand also has an upper level beyond the Rookery, just before the Blackrock Stadium. This is where Goraluk Anvilcrack and Jed Runewatcher appear. Both levels of the hall are full of orcs, both stationary and patrolling.
