Harbinger Ennarth is a level 69 draenei tactician located inside the Champions' Hall in the city of Stormwind. He offers no quests or services.
Before Patch 2.4, he belonged to the Aldor faction, who are not officially part of the Alliance. Thus he appeared hostile to players affiliated with the Scryers, but could not be attacked. His faction now is the Exodar draenei. See List of draenei in Azeroth.
