The Harborage
[26, 32]is a base of draenei and broken who managed to stay sane when crossing over to the world of Azeroth from Outland. It is located in the northern part of the Swamp of Sorrows. The broken here are lead by Magtoor.
They were formerly Lost Ones, before the advent of patch 2.0. Also, since Patch 2.0.1, Anchorite Avuun resides in the Harborage, researching on the Broken Ones and trying to find a cure for their state and also giving one new quest. Furthermore, he tries to convince the Broken Ones of the Harborage to stop their dealings with the Horde. Another new NPC, Holaaru was implemented as well, also granting Alliance players a new quest.
