• This drops from Ragnaros in the Firelands raid. Whoever is on the quest must have already siphoned the 250 Smouldering Essences.
• The heart will be in the lava pool that Ragnaros emerges from.
• Players on the quest must reportedly stay alive for the entire encounter.
