Captain Hecklebury Smotts is a level 37 quest giver located in Booty Bay in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. His is a sad tale, as his crew, boat, and entire fortune were lost when he was attacked by three sea giants: Gorlash, Mok'rash, and Negolash. Gorlash stole his Captain's Chest. His second ship, Smotts' Revenge, was used to ram and slay the beasts, but was destroyed by Negolash. The only other survivor besides Captain Hecklebury Smotts was Sprogger, the cook. He is looking for adventurers in order to help recover his possessions that were lost in the attack.
