High Elf Mage-Priests are high elves who appear in the Culling of Stratholme. First appearing outside of Stratholme, some of them (along with some Lordaeron Footmen) assist Arthas in his purging of Stratholme. They will attack Risen Zombies, Stratholme Citizens and Stratholme Residents.
