Highlord Omokk is a level 57 elite ogre mini-boss found in Lower Blackrock Spire.

Omokk is the leader of the Spirestone clan. Marshal Maxwell and Warlord Goretooth both want Omokk killed.

Omokk's head, when placed on a Roughshod Pike, can be used to challenge Urok Doomhowl.
