Horgoru the Collector is a level 80 elite Stone giant general goods vendor at Bouldercrag's Refuge in the Storm Peaks.

Interestingly, when closing down the vendor window, he says a random phrase by the Lich King in the same voice. (As of game patch 3.2 and later, those phrases seem to have been removed from Horgoru and he just makes crumbling noises instead.)
