Hydromancer Velratha is a level 46 elite troll found in Zul'Farrak. She seems to be a prominent member of the Sand Troll priestly order, perhaps commanding the Zealots and Acolytes who are so numerous in Zul'Farrak, or presiding over the secret rituals surrounding the mysterious Gahz'rilla. She stole the Tiara of the Deep from Tabetha and possesses the Second Mosh'aru Tablet.
