• Your Shred and Mangle cause an Infected Wound in the target. The Infected Wound reduces the movement speed of the target by 50%. Lasts 12 sec.

Infected Wounds is a passive druid ability learned at level 40 for druids who have chosen the Feral or Guardian specializations.

• Patch 4.0.6 (8-Feb-2011): Infected Wounds now has a PvP duration of 8 seconds.
  
• / Patch 4.0.1 (12-Oct-2010): Moved to Tier 2. Number of ranks reduced to 2.
  
• Patch 3.3.0 (08-Dec-2009): Tooltip fix, the debuff no longer stacks, full effect at one application (Old - Stacks up to 2 times, actual change already implemented in 3.2.2). This ability is no longer considered to be in the magical defense category; therefore spell hit no longer applies to its activation. Tooltip error corrected.
  
• Patch 3.2.2 (2009-09-22): The debuff generated by this talent no longer stacks and instead causes the full effect with a single application.
