After the destruction of Theramore, Vol'jin, Baine Bloodhoof, Kelantir Bloodblade, and Frandis Farley visited Grosk's inn when they came to speak about Garrosh Hellscream and his actions. The next day, Malkorok and his Kor'kron companions entered the inn. Grosk served them drinks and vanished. The Kor'krons asked the two about Vol'jin and Baine but they denied they were in the inn. As Malkorok and his Kor'krons left, Kelantir and Frandis realized that Grosk was nowhere to be found and that they were in a trap. They started to run to the inn's exit, but grenades thrown by Kor'krons immediately killed them as the inn exploded.[1]

In the World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, Grosk has the inn rebuilt and became angry of what the Kor'kron did. After been imprisoned by the Kor'kron, he was later freed when the Darkspear Rebellion arrived and took over Razor Hill. Since he was one of the dissident orcs that stood against the corruptive warchief, Grosk joined the rebellion to end Garrosh's reign. While the rebels were preparing to lay siege on Orgrimmar, Grosk can be seen laying on one of the stone beds for reasons unknown.
