Jace Darkweaver is a night elf member of the Illidari and quest giver new demon hunters encounter within Mardum.
He is first found just north
[38.8, 60.5]
of the Molten Shore. Later, after he is awakened within the Vault of the Wardens, he secures a felbat so demon hunters can make their way into the upper levels.
It is possible to fish up Jace Darkweaver's Coin in the Legion version of Dalaran's Eventide fountain. - "In my previous life, I would have loved to have lived in this floating marvel. I would have spent the days fishing in this magic fountain in-between practicing the arcane arts. Those days are long gone."

The Shivarra and many other demons swore fealty to Lord Illidan when he defeated their former master, the pit lord Magtheridon. We also have naga, broken, and some other creatures working for us.
If the Lord of Outland is okay with it, then I guess it's good enough for me.
