is a night elf found on the outside upper floor of the Summer Terrace at the Shrine of Seven Stars
[86, 63]in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
He, with his relative Soignera Strongbow, has volunteered to protect the Sapling of Lore. Similar to city guards, he offers directions to various points of interest to those in need.
