Jitters is a level 25 quest giver located at Raven Hill in the human aligned territory of Duskwood.

Ever since he found the Scythe of Elune jutting out of some rocks at Roland's Doom, the worgen were unleashed on the area of Duskwood. Jitters somehow managed to escape after the worgen killed all of his comrades. He also witnessed the murder of Sven Yorgen's family by the Black Riders who were looking for the scythe. This "jittery" man currently lives apparently alone at the abandoned village of Raven Hill in Duskwood.
Another minor point of interest is that in 
[Jitters' journal] it is revealed that he was a member of the Defias Brotherhood that infiltrated Duskwood, but chose to defect and side with the Alliance before the Scythe was discovered.
Dark Riders[]

Jitters was found by Revil Kost, Karlain, and Ambrose while they ventured towards Roland's Doom. Jitters warned them to turn away and claimed that the Scythe of Elune was rediscovered inside the mine and traveled to destroy the cursed thing but his courage failed him since he was too cowardly to enter the mine.

In the upcoming expansion World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, Jitters is confronted by Sven Yorgen who would blame him for everything bad which had happened in his life.
