The Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest is awarded once per day to players who use the Dungeon Finder to form a group to kill Coren Direbrew in Blackrock Depths during Brewfest. It will always award 2 [Emblems of Frost], as well as a possibility for one of the following items:

Direbrew's Bloody Shanker Item Level 200 Disenchants into: [Abyss Crystal]: 1 Binds when picked up Dagger One-Hand Speed 2.00 200 - 373 Damage (143.2 damage per second) +38 Agility +38 Stamina Durability 75 / 75 Requires level 80 Equip: Increases attack power by 51. Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 27. Equip: Improves hit rating by 22. Sell Price: 19 92 63 Tankard O' Terror Item Level 226 Disenchants into: [Abyss Crystal]: 1-2 Binds when equipped Mace One-Hand Speed 2.60 312 - 580 Damage (171.5 damage per second) +47 Agility +37 Stamina Durability 75 / 75 Requires level 80 Equip: Increases critical strike rating by 29. Equip: Improves haste by 27. Equip: Improves attack power by 66. Sell Price: 21 38 66 Great Brewfest Kodo Item Level 40 Disenchants into: Not disenchantable Binds when picked up Requires level 40 Requires Riding (150) Use: Teaches you how to summon this mount. This is a very fast mount. Swift Brewfest Ram Item Level 40 Disenchants into: Not disenchantable Binds when picked up Requires level 40 Requires Riding (150) Use: Teaches you how to summon this mount. This is a very fast mount. Direbrew's Remote Item Level 1 Disenchants into: Not disenchantable Binds when picked up Use: Give your party a ride to the Grim Guzzler. (1 Hr Cooldown)

This is now the only possible way to permanently obtain the [Swift Brewfest Ram] or [Great Brewfest Kodo].
