This item is a quest reward from  [80] The Key to the Focusing Iris.

The Key to the Focusing Iris allows players to summon Malygos in the the 10-man Eye of Eternity only. The [Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris] is required to summon him in the 25-man version. This key is not required if you already have the heroic key.
