Kirsta Deepshadow is a level 53 human quest giver, located in a hidden camp in a small dip in the mountains northeast of the Northridge Lumber Camp in the contested territory of the Western Plaguelands.
She was sent for some unfinished business with the Scarlet Crusade of Hearthglen.
Based on her comments at the completion of her questline, she appears to have connections with Elling Trias; she says that she'll report to "Elling... I mean to Stormwind".
