Kruban Darkblade is a wandering level 30 quest giver located in the Valley of Strength in the orcish city of Orgrimmar. He may be related to Gruul Darkblade.
He starts the quest

He is only available the week before Darkmoon Faire is set up in Mulgore, and during the fair.
Note that as of 4.0.3 he is bugged and spends a lot of the time below the ground in Orgrimmar pending a hotfix.
