Laoxi
[48.6, 52.8]is a pandaren monk trainer and quest giver located at Aldrassil in the night elf starting zone of Shadowglen.
While he was warned that not all of the night elven people would be welcoming, he found quite the opposite - not only was he welcomed, but he learned much from the kaldorei.
