Notes

Note that the Cluster Launcher you need to actually launch the rockets with is available via a separate quest (See: Cluster Launcher). Cluster Launchers are also available near the firworks vendors during the lunar festival.

Patch changes

Prior to 2009 it was a quest reward from  [60] Large Cluster Rockets.
