Source

The parts of this set are Item Level 251, and are purchased solely with Justice Points. The legs and hands also drop from Toravon the Ice Watcher in 10-man Vault of Archavon.

Inspiration

The inspiration for the lasherweave tier is not entirely clear-It could be inspired by the verdant flora of Sholazar Basin or possibly even the plantlife in the Conservatory of Life in Uldaur.
