Leader of the Pack is a passive druid ability learned at level 46 for druids who have chosen the Feral specialization. It increases the critical strike chance of your party/raid members by 5%. One must be in [cat] or [bear] form for it to work. Because of this restriction, it's useful to druids that spend a lot of time as a tank or DPS when they're in a party/raid.
