Dragonscale Leatherworking[]

Dragonscale armor is mail armor, which provides a little over double the armor protection of leather armor. Dragonscale armor has Attack Power and Intellect stats which are useful to Enhancement Shamans and Hunters, who rely on physical attacks and can train to wear mail armor at level 40.

Warriors and Paladins can also wear this armor, but as they can wear plate armor by the time this armor becomes available it is less appealing to those classes.
