This item is a quest reward from the last quest chain of the Firelands Invasion that culminates with  [85] The Rest is History which ends with Malfurion Stormrage within the Molten Front. This item will transform players into a Druid of the Flame for five minutes.

A mysterious event also occurs when used near the Summoning Stone by Scarlet Monastery. [1]
