This item is made by combining 10 
[Lovely Charms]. The Lovely Charms are obtained when you kill something for XP or Honor while you have a 
[Lovely Charm Collector's Kit] in your bags. The Collector's Kit is obtained from Kwee Q. Peddlefeet in any major city. (See the Lovely Charms page for full details on acquiring them.)
Note that while Lovely Charms and Love Tokens are BoP, this item can be traded and mailed between toons. You may exchange 1 Lovely Charm for 1 Love Token from any Lovely Merchant.

In each case, the reward is a Lovely Card and 5 Love Tokens. These provide a greater return than trading the bracelets directly for Love Tokens.

- A limited duration was later added,[citation needed] making it no longer possible to mail directly between characters.
- However, a workaround was found that if you put the bracelet in a wrapping paper (like [Blue Ribboned Wrapping Paper] or [Red Ribboned Wrapping Paper]), the wrapped gift can be mailed.
