In an alternate time, Mannoroth was stationed on Draenor where he was summoned by the corrupted orc Warlock Gul'dan to proceed in corrupting the entire Orc race, espically all the clans to gain demonic power, and become great fighter and servants to the Burning Legion. Traveling to Tanaan Jungle, he remained out of sight at the Throne of Kil'jaedan, and watched Gul'dan's first attempt to corrupt Grom Hellscream, the leader of the Warsong clan. Although, unaware that Garrosh Hellscream who had come from the future and warned Grommash of what would happen, Mannoroth and Gul'dan were gravily disappointed that Grom would reject the offer or become a slave. This led to an ultimate battle as the newly formed Iron Horde ambushed Mannoroth and distracted him while Grommash used the Iron Star to blast him. Surviving the blast, Mannoroth would not be fast enough to survive this fight just as Grommash landed Gorehowl into his skull.[2]
