Maxnar the Ashmaw <Wyrmcult Patriarch> is a level 68 black drakonid found in Blackwing Coven in Blade's Edge Mountains. He is of the dragonkin, half-man, half-dragon.[1]
Maxnar, known as the Ashmaw, is the leader of the Blackwing Wyrmcultists. The druids of Evergrove ask that any able adventurers slay him.

It is unclear if Maxnar's description is literal or figurative. If literal it may refer to the fact that dragonspawn are part human, if figurative it may only apply to his "appearance".
