Mekeda is a level 70 quest giver located at the Refugee Caravan in the contested territory of Terokkar Forest. He is a Broken belonging to the Lower City faction. His friend, Akuno is held hostage in the Shadow Tomb to the west. Tired of waiting on aid for the caravan to come from Shattrath, he takes the initiative of thinning the Cabal's members. He is disgusted with how the cult has treated Auchindoun and its sacred relics.
