Menacing Emissaries can be found in Schnottz's Hostel

in Uldum, in their human guise until players are led away to be executed. They are emissaries sent by Deathwing, likely to watch over Commander Schnottz and his operations. It is probable they were responsible for the death of Ambassador Laurent, as he was beginning to question Schnottz's motives and actions within the region.
