• Reduces the global cooldown of your Mage Ward spell by 1 sec and your Blazing Speed also removes any movement slowing effects when triggered and is also trigged any time Mage Ward dissipates from absorbing damage.

This talent reduces the global cooldown of your Mage Ward spell to .5 sec. This makes Mage Ward much more effective to use as the penalty for casting the spell is nearly negligible. Unlike most other spells with a global cooldown of 1.5 sec, this will not reduce DPS nearly as dramatically.

Additionally, the talent allows your Blazing Speed effect to remove movement affecting debuffs from you. And finally, Blazing Speed will also trigger if your Mage Ward absorbs the maximum damage that it can. This makes Blazing Speed much more attractive for PvP situations by increasing survivability options for the mage.
