Mucksnout Den is a cave network in northwestern Highmountain that can be accessed either via the Fields of An'she

or Pinerock Basin

A pair of elves were transporting captured demons to Azsuna via gem-like soul chambers when they were attacked by the indigenous kobolds. Not knowing what they were doing, the creatures took the prisons back into the Den, and the chambers must be recovered to prevent their prisoners from escaping.

Notes

• Like many cavern systems in Highmountain, the Den is multi-tiered and very deep. Should players make their way to the bottom without dying, the elite Mucksnout Fighters can be found. To escape, players need to locate an Ancient Highborn Scroll of Escape. Using it will bring players back to the entrance of the Den.
