Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Inlinegfx/img_link_data.json' not found. Patch 2.4.0 (25-Mar-2008): An undocumented change to this gem. Now the 1 ppm "Focus" buff lasts for 4 seconds and Increases Spell Haste Rating by 320. The buff still has a 45sec internal Cooldown, but is no longer consumed. When combined with general lag, this benefit is not noticeable.
