on the Lost Isles after goblin players complete the quest Get Back to Town. They are streaming down through Raptor Rise to attack the town.

• While wearing the helmet for the Get Back to Town quest, the Oomlots will confuse the players with one of their local heroes and offer them the hang loose sign as they pass.
