Orgnil Soulscar is a level 18 quest giver located in Razor Hill in the orcish starting zone of Durotar. Soulscar is the current leader of the town of Razor Hill and is occupied with investigating the Burning Blade's activities in the area. He has a close relationship with Master Gadrin of Sen'jin Village in southern Durotar.

Following Garrosh Hellscream's corruption and his thirst for war, Orgnil and all the citizens, which included the town's guards, refused to support their Warchief. When Chieftain Vol'Jin survived Hellscream's assassination attempt during his voyage in the southern continent of Pandaria, Orgnil and the proud citizens of Razor Hill joined the Darkspear Rebellion when they were all imprisoned by the Kor'kron.
