Overseer Narvir is found in Uldis in The Storm Peaks. He is guarding The Heart of the Storm.

When touching the heart, Narvir appear and cast a cyclone on the player:
- Overseer Narvir says: You didn't think that I was going to let you walk in here and take the Heart of the Storm, did you?
- Overseer Narvir says: You may have killed Valduran, but that will not stop me from completing the colossus.
After that he takes the heart and teleports away.
