Patron is a title awarded to male characters for completing the 
[For The Children] achievement, related to the seasonal event Children's Week. Female characters who complete this achievement will be awarded the title Matron.
If a player with the Patron title travels through Brunnhildar Village after completing 
[79] A Change of Scenery, he will temporarily lose the Patron title and be granted the Matron title during the shapeshift to a female frost vrykul. This is reversed when the player leaves the area.
