The Plain of Thieves
[55.9, 65.2]is located south of Halfhill and right next to the Imperial Granary in the Valley of the Four Winds. The grassy hills are littered with stolen bags of grain, carried aloft by the hawks in the area. The occasional sprite can be found close to the Granary.
