To complete this quest, you must extract the items from the bag of supplies given to you from Eridan Bluewind and take them to Tanaris. It is recommended that you take the items out of the bag before making the journey, as it is possible to lose the items if someone has recently summoned Aquementas. Head to Lost Rigger Cove in Tanaris (far east side), and just southwest of the pirate fort will be a circle of stones surrounded by the mountains. Use the Book of Aquor there with the other items to summon Aquementas.
During the fight he will turn the Silvery Claws and Irontree Heart into a totem that will be auto-looted to you (watch for the message "You create: [Silver Totem of Aquamentas]"). After receiving the totem, you can either run away or kill Aquementas. Aquamentas does not drop any loot. The Silvery Claws, Irontree Heart and the Book of Aquor will remain in your inventory, presumably so that you may repeat the battle if you should need to do so.

Take the Book of Aquor, the Silvery Claws, and the Irontree Heart to Marshal's Refuge.
Use the Book of Aquor to summon Aquementas.
After you have the completed totem, take it to J.D. Collie in Marshal's Refuge.

From this circle only, read from the book of Aquor; summon the only creature that can transform the items you collected into a totem to fight Blazerunner.
Aquementas will not be pleased to be awakened, but remember, you must remain in the circle for him to transform the items.
