Pick up Runestones of Binding before heading out. The cultists are now hostile, watch out! Circle around to the southwest side of L'ghorek. Kill a Twilight Champion to loot the [Twilight Cage Key], which starts Prisoners. There are several Twilight Candidates channeling Ancient Conduits, which are in the center of purple runic circles.
A bug seemed to be affecting this quest, in that the Conduits did not respawn, and thus the quest could not be completed as intended. Since this quest is required to continue in the main quest chain in the zone, this made the player become stuck in the quest line without any other alternative to continue the line. A hotfix on December 8th 2010 has addressed this bug.
