Your previous efforts to cull the Vile Familiars have helped to stem some of the Burning Blade's activities in the Valley of Trials, but Zureetha wants you to strike a decisive blow against them.

Objectives

Bring the [Burning Blade Medallion] to Zureetha Fargaze, outside The Den.

Description

Through my divinations, I see that an item of power hides deep within the Burning Blade Coven, guarded by beasts and black magic.

It is called the [Burning Blade Medallion], and your next task is to find it and remove it from the coven.

But be wary, for the [medallion] may be possessed by an agent of the Burning Blade, and if so then the agent's power would be greater than the familiars you have already encountered.

Go, <name>. You will find the coven in a cave, to the north and west.

Your efforts within the Burning Blade Coven are key in rooting out this cult in the Valley of Trials. But I fear they have further aims in our land.

Details

You need to go to the cave in the area where you killed the Vile Familiars for the previous quest - north and east of The Den. The cave entrance is at

^{[45, 56]}

. It is full of level 3-4 Vile Familiars (humanoids) and Felstalkers (demons). The [Burning Blade Medallion] drops off the only orc in the Burning Blade Coven - Yarrog Baneshadow

. To find him, keep to your right after you enter the cave, and follow it around. Cross over the water when you reach it, and continue straight ahead. You will see him at the end.

If you go to the other parts of the cave and find yourself beneath him, you will have to either to go to the beginning and enter his branch OR do some agile jumping by first jumping to the crossing of the two rocks, climb top of the rock formation after you are able to jump to the same level where Yarrog Baneshadow is. Alternatively you can lure him to run to you by aggroing him with a ranged attack.

Prerequisites

All classes except warlocks must complete the quest  [4] Vile Familiars before they can access this quest. Warlocks must complete the quest [4] Vile Familiars (Warlock 2) instead.

Additional Notes

You may wish to do this quest alongside  [4] Thazz'ril's Pick, as both involve entering the Burning Blade Coven.
